THE MAS has, on the ground floor, a very nice lounge/diner with an imposing 'insert' wood burner in the lounge side. The floors are tiled and there are exposed wooden beams. Open onto the dining area is the sizeable kitchen which has a certain rustic charm. It incorporates features such as a genuine old bread oven and has a chimney, making it easy to install an Arga or similar. From the cottage there are steps down to the access road where there is a parking space for the cottage.

THE GARDEN towards the access road is a mass of rockery and flowers. To one side, of the two houses is a long stone table for those summer days and the garden goes away in that direction with a lovely shadey area beneath a variety of trees. There is a large area with good size terraces suitable for vegetables etc.

THE LAND; on the other side of the access road is further terraced land which at the moment is not utilised. One of the terraces would take a pool and there is a source to supply it!
